Miles Matrix is a Synthwave producer from Vienna, Austria. His music is as much cinematic and atmospheric as it is danceable. Miles Matrix’ Synthwave universe draws inspiration from Cyberpunk, 80s movie and video game soundtracks, retro pop culture and musical icons like Jean-Michel Jarre, Klaus Schulze, Vangelis or Cliff Martinez.
If you loved the soundtracks of Drive, Hotline Miami and Stranger Things as well as the music of Kavinsky, Perturbator, Hollywood Burns, Powernerd or Wolftron, you’ll probably enjoy Miles Matrix.
Miles Matrix’ first album Buena Vista was released in 2019. Orkus magazine called it “Synthwave par excellence”. Rock Hard magazine in Germany deemed it “a dark synthwave journey… For fans of Perturbator, Gost and Carpenter Brut”.
His second album, Androids Anonymous, drops in November 2019.
